There are two main areas where you can potentially get involved:Production and Analysis Teams
You are a maths, stats, science, economics, geography or business graduate looking for a career in market research. You are willing to work hard, learn on the job and be very customer-focussed. No market research experience is necessary.
You will be highly numerate, with excellent Excel skills and the ability to visualise data to be able to make the stats interesting to the audience. You must be detail-oriented, with strong analytic ability and communication skills. Training will be provided. Some knowledge of SPSS would be beneficial.
You are a tenacious, proactive, self-starter with a can-do attitude. You should have an interest both in marketing, and with understanding the ‘nuts and bolts’ of how something works. Teamwork is essential, as is the desire to really make a difference to our growth.
You will be comfortable with working quickly, handling multiple projects at any one time. You need to be able to lead on tasks, both delegating work to others and getting your hands dirty on day-to-day analysis, while being highly organised. You can make decisions quickly.
You will be a strong communicator, both in writing and on the phone, as well as being numerate and able to interpret analysis results, translating this into actionable insight for our clients.
