Traditionally, pre-testing has tended to focus more on qualitative research and not on wider quantitative research. With fast.MAP not only can you quantify market opinion but you can also gain understanding to creative reaction by using open free text responses and "Zoom" Online Focus Group feedback as part of one study.
With "Zoom" our clients are not only able to validate and test their ideas with a robust 1,000+ sample of consumers but they can also gain deep feedback through additional "Zoom" Online Focus Groups. The "Zoom" Online Focus Groups are typically carried out with a subset of respondents from the quantitative online survey to further understand the views of the select group of consumers.
"Zoom" is a natural, fast and cost effective extension to most surveys to add rigour and confidence to any pre-testing.
Using the internet’s multi-media capabilities you can test a wide variety of formats and media:
- Press executions; these can be early concepts through to fully made up artwork
- TV adverts; fully finished film (which has been used in another territory for example) through to concept story boards
- Direct mail; outer envelope concepts, headlines, body copy through to letters and incentives
- Radio; finished executions through to concept scripts

- Free text comments
Ultimately the learnings online are applied offline to maximise campaign effectiveness.
