The Survey Optimisation Team would normally optimise the survey ensuring that questions asked are objective and not biased. There is an extensive quality control process involved in developing and building the survey with sign off procedures at each stage.

|2||Study design. Study design will start with a kick-off meeting/conference call to agree final methodology and objectives|
|3||Questionnaire design: Although the questionnaire will be designed by fast.MAP the client will be closely involved in shaping the questions for this research engagement. Questionnaire workshop will be scheduled if required|
|4||Script approval. For the online methodology, a key stage is approval of the Word.doc script which then leads to the build of the survey|
|5||Translation and approval prior to survey build|
|6||Test link for approval. Once the survey is built the client will be sent a link to test the survey. Amendments once the survey has been built cause delays and may have impact on costs|
|7||Launch. We recommend to soft-launch and pilot all surveys, followed by full launch|
