Our software has been developed specifically with the marketing community in mind.

Answer options can be randomised, for example to avoid “top box bias”. This is where the first few answer options may receive more attention than those further down the list, because panel members generally read a list from top to bottom.

We can also randomly select panel members to be part of split cells, which is important for creative and price-testing projects.  It means that monadic tests can be carried out to help deconstruct the different elements of a potential campaign.

Our software provides intelligent routing, to allow questions to be served based on the answers to previous questions in the survey.
